Because the Audit Report has real value on its own — and paid Discovery filters for serious operators. You walk away with a deliverable whether or not we work together. The $497 is credited toward your first build if you proceed.
What if I don’t move forward?
You keep the Audit Report. You can hand it to an internal team or another vendor. We’d rather you have a real plan than push you into the wrong engagement.
What’s the Alliance acknowledgment about?
The Block by Block Alliance is the governance layer behind every engagement we run. The Three Laws are a one-minute read. Operators who don’t align with them don’t proceed — that protects both sides.
How fast does Discovery turn into a build?
Discovery happens Mon or Tue. Audit Report delivered within 48 hours. If you proceed to The Incubator, the four-week deployment starts the following week.
Do you work with independent consultants?
